HELP!!

I've receive calls from time to time from a company that wont give me a platform to appeal. A harassment in my view. From the first time that received a call from these Creditworx (in 2018), about an avis account linked to my name. I simply explained that I fully paid for that account, and i have proof in email, and a creditworx consultant said they will send me an email address, so i can send them the docs and appeal. on Saturday the 18th Jan 2020, i decided to call and clear this matter once after a year of calls , and i keep explaining the same thing again and again. This is causing discomfort in my life. the consultant again, listened and said that they will send me their email.... to date i haven't received anything. It is clear to me that all they are interested in, is me paying. when the fault is with their client (Avis Car Rental [Credit Controller]). Who acknowledged all the communication that was made to him between me, Avis, and the third party(my contractor at the time) I just want you to put the credit under the right name, and call the right person. leave me alone. Can i leave in peace. I don't owe you anything. I don't have the means to be hiring a lawyer.
