Harassment

My name is Sharon Levey. I cancelled my ADT account in 2010 . I keep on receiving calls from Creditworx since last year saying I owe money. This account was paid up and the debit order cancelled by ADT . I have not acknowledged the debit in the past 8 years, not in writing or verbally, not made any further payments towards this said outstanding account that they say I owe. I have sent numerous emails to ADT and they ignore to come back to me. No response whatsoever. I requested Credit Worx to update their system and they are rude to me which is totally unacceptable behaviour on their part. They are in contravention of the NCA sec 126B. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debit as a prescription act 68 of 1969. Debit therefore prescribed and therefore not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter be closed immediately with no further calls. All negative information is to be removed from my credit record with immediate effect. Should I receive any calls I will lay a complaint with the relative parties. Please respond that this mail has been received and that I will get no further calls.
