Ghosting *******!

I am absolutely disgusted at the service received from this company. I am being debited for a paid up account, sent an email and 6 days later no response. Their whatsapp service is a joke with automated responses that just go dead once you're through to an actual human being. I am so frustrated to say the least. You guys debit so promptly and call non stop but once the customer needs assistance (for a mistake on your side) it's like looking for a needle in a haystack, I want my money back before I take legal action against this stupid entity. Stop robbing people!!!!
