GET STAFF THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

After 6 yeas I am really sick and tired to explain to every staff member from Creditworx what happened. In order to silence them I have paid R600.00 (Only the capital and not the interest - Reason being... I didn't had proof after 3 years that I have settled my account 3 years ago and that was the first time in 3 years I have ever heard from Creditworx) - I have emailed them numerous time confirming that the matter was resolved and that if I didn't here anything from them in 30 days I consider the case closed. And they didn't reply even though I followed up various times - thus case closed! One year later - Same story! Emailed them all the evidence. No replies. Then about a year later - Same story again!!!! And really? Today another call??? Get people who can do the job and stop harassing me with nonsense! I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANYTHING - You people were at fault here! The amount outstanding is interest and interest only and it is there because YOU didn't do your jobs like you should have. Furthermore I have emailed you my sequestration order about 4 times now - Phone my trustee! Ps: There will be nothing available for concurrent creditors. NOW.... UPDATE YOUR RECORDS!
