********** debt collection

<p>They kept contacting me about a debt that was paid over a year ago. I sent them the Proof of Payment, and they now want me to pay a whole string of collection costs that are dated AFTER I paid the account. Phone calls go unanswered and emails are ignored or simply dont address the issue. They are simply trying to ****** the money out of me as they know it effects my credit rating. It is not a lot of money - If they don't resolve the issue soon I am going to file a complaint with the Credit Ombudsman.</p>
