*****! Paid them and they stole our money!

We paid our Mogale account fia Credit Worx as they requested from us in 2013. Since then we have been in the middle and struggling to get it allocated to our account we have paid interest on money that was paid and not allocated! We have send lost of mail requests and proof of payment spend a lot of phone calls, but they just come up with new excuses. We feel our money have been ****** and they must pay us back with the interest.
