Kindly assist, I have been overcharged by creditworx, the amount owing was 6190 and in total I have paid 8863, the company never told me that the debt has been paid and was deducting every month without my consent and not informing me that the debt has been paid, they have been falsely taking money from my account, I called them numerous times and they don't have an answer, one of the agents did not did not want to provide an email address to the manager so that I can get my refund, kindly assist as they are a false taking money from me.

06 Oct 2020, 14:19Kindly assist in this regard as I have received calls from numerous agents who cannot give me a direct answer, the administrator of the company Ghaironessa Mosaval doesn't give me a clear answer and can't answer the question as to why I have over paid and still refuses to credit me, further to that the manager of credit worx Salieq had **** to me as he did not know how to give me direct answer when asked why I have over paid stating that the amount of 2673 was their COMMISSION (which is not included in the statement.) I expect a refund on the amount , the amount owing was 6190, I had paid 8863 which they did not inform me and kept debiting my account. THIS IS *****, my complaint is also lodged with the debt council who is handling the matter legally.
