Forced pay accounts not responsible for

In 2013 i was in hospital under my fathers medical aid. In 2015, i get SMSes from this company saying i owe ridiculous amounts of money. At first it was one account of 350. When i looked at the statement all calls were made to the main member of the medical aid. However when the debt has to be recovered, I am the one they are now calling. The second time i called I suddenly had 2 accounts. I don't think you realize that you are playing with peoples lives here. How am I expected to build my own life when I'm on the verge of being blacklisted for debts I am not responsible for? I can't even get a study loan. Please fix this! When I call, your employees give me such bad attitude and leave me holding until they drop the phone and NEVER call back.
