Failure to deliver promise

Three years ago i was called by credit worx consultant offering me a free obligation quotation for a debt counselling and because it was a free obligation quotation I then cooperated with him and we finished and i later then agreed to their services and after 6months one of my creditors wesbank called me and told me they coming to collect my car i then negotiated and paid the money and i called credit worx for cancellation and the contract was cancelled and i paid my car off, and late last year i went and got my itc report and credit worx came up and i called them to ask for my cancellation letter as i cancelled and the lady i was talking to said my name doesn't appear on their system as she punched in my id no and i went to the bank to reopen my credit card and i was informed again about the debt review yet i cancelled and i was denied my cancellation letter, now i want a home loan but with the credit worx it impossible to start applying for my family to get a home
