Failure to clear invalid handover

I have provided Creditworx on numerous occassions with the proof of payment that settled my Ekhuruleni account about 3 years ago. They have failed each time to correct the situation and continue to act as though they have never dealt with me and request me to pay the account or provide proof of payment. This has been going on for over a year now. Today I go an E-MAIL again from them implying that they have never had previous contact with me and require me to settle the account or provide proof of payment. <br> I have asked them on numerous occasions to please take me to court so that we can get a ruling from a magistrate but instead they would rather harras me evy 3 to 4 months. Anyone whom uses Creditworx as a service provider must seriously be worried.
