Disturbing Phone Calls

The Creditworks phone calls agencies are very disturbing during a day and night. I paid up my debt account with debt collector company CREDITWORKS, and received paid letter from, but I still received disturbing threating calls and emails that indicating final notice indicating that I have an outstanding balance, which was fully paid. I have sent my proof of payment and their paid up letter. they must kindly remove my information from their records as i previously indicated to them via emails.
