Disgusted and storked

Dear Sir or Madam, I am extremely irritated and highly irritate. Iv been receiving calls from credit works from after 6am every morning,through out the day and even after 6pm in the evening. I answer the phone and it rings and a consultant picks up and puts the phone down on me. This has been happening for the last few days non stop and I feel arrassed and treated like a ********. When I eventually spoke to a consultant Iv told one of many of the consultants the same situation that I’m in which is that I’m unemployed which technically means I have no extra income. I’m sure if you were in this situation u would be frustrated as well to be able to explain your situation over and over again to the different consultants. This could have been avoided if they put notes on their system after or during our telephonic conversation. Iv made a payment arrangement with them for R50 a month and the consultant turns around and tells me that it’s not going to make a difference and my account if on the boarder of been blacklisted. What kind of organization is this and how badly do they treat people. That’s the amount we agreed on and Iv stuck to the agreements and they still want to blacklist me. I also mentioned to them that I signed up with Altech Netstar electronically and have not signed any papers for contracts when I was working also Iv not once used their services or called them once and now they want me to pay them R2000. I feel used and abused, to think I’m been treated I unfairly and as a unemployed women they cannot even meet me halfway. I further told the consultant this at creditworx and she turns around and tells me that she cannot speak to Altec Netstar and I should borrow money from someone. Who the hell does she think she is to give me that financial advice. Is she a financial advisor? This credit Worx has not mercy for people and just will do anything for peoples money. I would like a call from Credit work management for us to resolve this!!! ASAP Further on I’m still waiting for the reference number for me to make payment at the checkers like I agree previous and have not received it from Credit Worx. Regards, Leslie
