Debited Decesed Mom's Bank Account

Hi,<br> <br> My mom passed away on 8 June 2015, she received her widows pension on 19 June 2015 and there was a debit order of R200.00 from your institution that no one can pick up. When I queried with her bank, they gave me the number for Standard Bank in which that was incorrect. Standard Bank gave me another number in which that was for Edgars where she does not hold any accounts with them. I don not know how many companies fall under creditworx but please can someone assist me. I am the beneficiary for my mother, I need to know what account is this and what documents will be needed to stop these debit orders or reversal. The reference number I was given was: 5620.
