Creditworx is full of nonsense, a lady called me around March offering me a discount on my debt. I was supposed to finish the debt on 26th June 2019 but they never debited their money as they always do. I tried reaching them but their unprofessional agents kept cutting my calls, till 4th July when they called me telling me about an amount that is not even correct and promising me another discount. Funny how they keep telling you the lines are recorded but fail to find the recording when a client needs clarity. We then made another agreement that came with some discount so the agent claimed, but they have been sending me so messages telling me I have two weeks to settle my outstanding amount. I told the agent that I feel like this was done so they get more money from me. I am so angry at this company for lying to me and delaying me.
