Creditworx's continual harassment, to a point where it is affecting my mental wellbeing.

Creditworx is harassing me to the point where I am considering legal action. They are mistaking me for someone else and I have asked them multiple times to remove my number from their system as I am not the person they are looking to contact. Regardless, they continue to phone me relentlessly every day to a point where it is affecting my mental wellbeing. I have even tried to contact them and ask them politely to stop phoning me but the harassment continues.

This is unfair harassment and my right as a consumer to be heard and to have to a healthy environment has been taken away from me unjustly. If I suffer a mental breakdown because of this emotional torture I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.

Hi Ghaironessa, The matter I am referring to is as follows: You are trying to contact a Mr. Mathys Johannes Cronje, id nr ********** 303084 and alternative phone nr ********** . My number is also apparently listed as his number, which I stated to your company employees, on multiple occasions, to be not the case. I have asked them to remove my number but to no avail. I have even phoned this Mr. MJ Cronje myself and asked him to sort this matter out but still, I receive countless calls from Creditworx. My contact nr is ********** and I have received 3 calls already today, like every other day before that since 26th of July, the last call being at 12:50 PM. I beg of you to please to end this harassment, it is causing me endless anxiety and unnecessary stress not to mention the unnecessary time it's wasting from my business day. It is costing me a loss of income from missing important business calls as well as incurring costs to phone your office, in an effort to end this harassment, and hold on for 10 - 20 min at a time just to be cut off. I have never been so ********ly harassed in my life and I really hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.

Harassing me again today, just 3 days after you responded. Already called me three times today again, again interrupting business calls I receive via Skype from the Netherlands, I am so fed up and my mental wellbeing is really being affected, as well as my business, by your unjust harassment. I will definitely be taking further steps as well as making sure from now on I spend every free hour I have towards a cause against harassment from debt collectors, a big media outlet is already coming to see me on Tuesday this week. Just as a sidenote reminder: I AM NOT EVEN THE PERSON YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE.
