Creditworx refuses to provide settlement letter

Avis Car Rental handed me over to Creditworx for an amount outstanding of R3570-00 for ''supposed damage'' to the Mercedes-Benz that Centurion Mercedes-Benz rented for me as they took in excess of 1 month to repair my car!!!! I did not have a leg to stand on, as I have signed for this car at the Avis office. Petro Lourens at Avis wasted no time in handing me over to Creditworx for collection and in the process listing me on ITC.<br> <br> I have now settled my outstanding balance of R1900-00 and paid this in full on 25 January 2016. I have now been informed that it is going to take another 21 working days for them to issue me with a letter that my name has been cleared!!
