Creditworx query
Creditworx keeps phoning and sending sms regarding a cancellation fee for my Altech Netstar tracking unit in my car - which is still there and active I might add. So how can I pay for a cancellation fee? I will gladly pay if it a valid transaction. After months of mails and being ignored, my husband said just pay! I phoned them and held on for 16 minutes! Needless to say I still don't have their banking details to make this payment which I do not agree with. Even altech Netstar cannot help me.
