creditworx is really the worst,.
i have been paying capitec account via creditworx for over 2 years.. but they do not update my ITC records, every time i view it says i have never paid anything. i have stopped paying them since it is useless to pay because they do not update. they call me 10 times a day, different agents, they call and harass my mom, my 2 sisters looking for me but they have my numbers.
i have asked to speak to the team leaders numerous times, they hang up everytime i request to speak to a team leader, the team leader also do not call back.
i cannot go on like this anymore.
