Creditworx Dont want me to settle my Finchoice account

I got an offer from Finchoice via Creditworx. they gave me discount offer to settle my account. I wanted to do it asap, i contacted them. now they are adding more chargers for their fees Creditworx which i understand is judt that is blowing me off, So spoke to a lady called Fahima Danville, and i negotiated that they split the amount to 2 debits in two months so that i can get over with this. they denied me that opportunity. How can you offer me to settle the account now im making means to do so but you dont want me to SETTLE. this is unprofissional of Fahima Danville and Creditworx
