Credit worx worst ever

<p>Am waiting for a paid up letter from them i do not understand why it takes so many days to get it. To make matters worse the lady that is handing my account is beyond rude and thinks she knows better i have an application am busy with bt it has to wait cos i dont have that letter it takes about 2 days from other companies bt credit worx says i have to wait 21 day how fair is that</p>
