CREDIT WORX - PATHETIC, UNRELIABLE AND UN HELPFUL

I left a review on Hello Peter last week and all response I received from Credit Works on Hello Peter was that they will remove my phone number of their system so I won't be harassed any longer. Nothing was mentioned about the Paid-up letter I have been waiting for for 3 weeks. This account was settled and I want the Paid-up letter. According to Credit Worx they are waiting for the letter from Standard Bank. It is impossible to wait so long for a letter. Previous accounts I have settled, I haven't even waited for a week for the Paid-up letter. I also haven't received any replies for my emails sent since 05/11/2019. This is pathetic. I want the letter in order to cancel the debt review and I want to go on with my life debt free. I am sick and tired of this pathetic service I receive and for *********** people who does not know how to do their jobs.
