Complaint

<p>I have paid my ADT account and i have proof that i paid. I have send to them the proof, however they are not settling my account and now im been harassed my different consultants. And i refer them back to the lady by the name of Mbali, but she never respond. And when i call to their office the creditworx, no positive feedback, Mbali is either not at work or busy on the line. Im so frustrated. She promised to get to me and never does. And every day they disturb me with private number then their landline.</p> <p> </p> <p>The only this i need is Mbali to call me since she said she went to her supervisor to check her email. Im tired of this. I have send her twice the proof of payment</p>
