RE: Cease and Desist – Harassment
To Whom It May Concern:
This email serves as notice to you and your company to immediately cease and desist all harassing activities against/towards me. Telephonic calls made arguing about debt that does not exist. Your actions are unwanted and are repeatedly threatening, aggressive and annoying.
If you do not cease and desist the harassment immediately or if you continue in the future to contact me in any way (telephonically, Email, SMS or in any written or verbal format), I will be forced to take appropriate legal action against you and will seek all available damages and remedies.
And now this is on the internet, so you cannot make excuses about not receiving my emails.
