Cannot get hold of them.

I have been trying for the last two weeks for somebody somewhere in South Africa at creditworx to answer just one call from me. I tried the Port Elizabeth number and e-mailed them. There is no answer and the alternative number gives you a voicemail. Sorry we cannot take you call right now etc.... The same with the Johannesburg numbers. Can someone please give me an e-mail address that will not fail or a number where someone will actually answer.
