Call center calls every day and billing me

I have outstanding debt with African bank and never once deny it BUT I'm being called daily to make an arrangement being billed for every call that they make and was told that even if I don't answer the call I will still be billed. I've explain everytime that I'm unemeployeed and cannot make an arrangement as it will RD and more cost will be loaded on my account. I was told to borrow money to be able to make an arrangement. What I cannot understand how any company can tell a client to get money from your family to pay your debt. Is it assumed that my family is rich because we are not!!! Is it assumed that my circumstances will change over night? Why call an unemployeed person every day? Knowing that we do not have an income and with these calls never ever be able to get ahead in life even if we find employement. I was not dismissed from my employer I was retrenched and I know I am still liable for my debt but what do you suggest we do if we do not have an income. My husband and I are not working and trust me are looking for employment but there just issint any because we are not BEE. Employees. Please stop harrasing me I cannot commit to something I cannot pay.
