This company deserves a zero rating. l decided to pay off my Ackermans account which l owed R938.00. l decided to call their legal department which gave me creditworx number, l then phoned them and asked me to pay R891.00 by the 9th of March. The first lady that l spoke to didn't want the money money to be paid over installments but in full as a R891.00. l then did not pay the money on the 9th but 10th via Ackermans. when l was in Ackermans they told me l owe R1183 of which l paid on the 10th. as that was what their systems shows. now that l am waiting for a paid up letter l get a phone call from them (Nosiphiwo Boilaine) tells me because l failed to pay on the 9th l am still owing another R140 and she still wants to give me a discount l should pay a R90. They even tell me tell will stop calling if l pay via debit order.
