bull**** service! lies and empty promises.

My fiance and I have been waiting for over a week for someone to get back to us, we have made numerous phone calls and received numerous empty promises. We still receive messages asking for payment but the payment was done on the 12th of November already.

We have been calling to get a paid up letter and no one has bothered to assist us. sent the proof of payment to numerous people from Lorenzo Daniels, to his manager Moipone to the lady that deals with paid up letters and assured me she would call me by 10:00am and its now way past that, Skinna.

we were told the payment takes 48hours to reflect then a paid up letter will be issued immediately, on one of our numerous calls we get told 7 days, then 10 days, then 14 days, then 21 days. Its absolutely pathetic!!! when you want your money then you know how to talk properly and do what needs to be done?!
