Bad services
I have recently logged in with my login detail on the Nimble App and discovered that this people did put my account in default, just for missing one payment. I did then contact them today, 11/09/2020 three times and waited for a "supervisor to give me a call back" I did then only received a call back the afternoon, around 14h40. The supervisor that called me back was knowledgeable and understandable but her actions told me that "I dont take nonsense over the phone. I needed to remind her several times that im the client.
Just because my account was skipped for one month did my account went in default. I did give them permission to debit my account each and every month, now they tell me that arrangement isn't in place. How **** is is this.
Creditworx should really pull up there socks, some of there agents don't even know how to talk to you as the client over the phone. Some of these supervisors and managers should really go back to the drawing board. An arrangement is an arrangement. This company is really bad.
How can you expect payment if you default my arrangement if you have my banking details, ****

I have recently received a call from this company, and to my out most shock the buck was passed from one person to another.
Promises has been made by one person and days are walking by, no none is giving me a call back regarding these promises. I am really so disappointed in this company. (Tenacity Should really look for them other people to deal with there accounts. This company is really not good).
I am really not a favorite of Creditworx and how they do things. I just want to be released from this company asap. (I will not even give them a good word of mouth.)
