Bad service

I'm writing this complaint for the 2nd time, I spoke to Rafieka Mohamed about 2 weeks ago and she said she was going to investigate why did one of her consultants say they are not going to add interest on the money owed to them if the payment was made to their account. I spoke to her on the 25th of March and that was the last time she called me. Not giving the client proper feedback is bad especially when you made the promise to the client that you will get back to him/her. Now I'm the one who has to make follow up calls for their own mistake.
