Bad service
I paid the amount that creditworx asked that I must pay on the 20th and today I received a message that they did not receive my payment, I had to call them for them to locate my payment that I did. Mind you, this people they nag you when they look for payments. I asked to speak to management and he/she was not there. asked to speak to 2nd in charge but he/she was busy, I left my contact detail but to this very hour I have not received any call from them. This people are gambling with our credit record. What is the use of them giving you their account details and reference number if they cant locate a payment done into their account?

25 Mar 2019, 14:58I'm not happy with the resolution, I called the number above and asked to speak to you Rafieka Mohamed but you sent a message through the person who went to inform you that I'm on the line holding for you. You mentioned that you have allocated the amount of which I'm not sure why was it not allocated from the onset and neither received a call from you to explain why did I get a messaged that the amount was not received, You managed to explain to your colleague what to tell me but you can't talk directly to me, so this means if I have further questions I should ask your colleague then she will pass my question to you afterwards she will come and tell me what was your answer? What is the use of providing your contact detail when you won't be able to attend to me? You actually making your company's service worse, please I need you to call me so that I can pose my questions directly to you of which you already know about one of those questions I wanted to ask. Your company must not try to milk us to make money.
