Bad Attitude/Rude

I received a threatening call from Jennie today, and you know it's ******* to collect on debt that is older than 9 years .May I remind you what the conditions are for prescribed debt:<br> <br> If, in the past three years, you have not: made any payment towards settling a debt, acknowledged owing the money in any way or agreed to pay it, or been summonsed in respect of it, it has prescribed, and you can raise this as a defence when asked to pay such a debt.<br> <br> I have never paid or acknowledge the debt, and no judgement has been taken. This is a feeble, but insidious attempt to entrap unsuspected consumers who are not aware of their rights. I do not owe you any money and you not getting a cent from me<br> <br> I do not appreciate you calling my work number and threaten my staff members this is not your company and you cannot speak to people the way you want to without respect. Do not ever call me again or you will hear from my Lawyers.
