Bad attitude

Get 5 calls from 5 people since march. This last call had my blood boiling. I keep on requesting a copy of this upgrade that was done in april 2014 but am not allowed to get it? How is this possible??? <br> According to the CPA Act a consumer my at any give time request a copy of the debt contract. According to this lady that called me now why do I want 1 I mos got 1 when I took it out.... <br> I advised her that I would gladly make arrangements to pay the outstanding amount if they can provide me with a signed copy. <br> <br> BAD BAD BAD
