Am highly annoyed

This is not the 1st time Crdwrx is breaching CPA. I started paying my CPUT debt via Creditworx. Each month I receive 5 calls (minimum) to make an arrangement to pay monthly. Each person I speak to says there is no communication that I have made an arrangement. This is appaling. If they're collections departments are not communicating, maybe my money is also not being picked up when I deposit monthly, This is pure harassment. To even receive calls on a Sunday afternoon for collections is taboo! I will not be harassed!! I am well aware of my debt, but refuse to be a victim.
