Agents have no way of speaking

Have no words for this call centre, an agent by the name of karabo called me and advised me about my debt...when i told him i am not working, he told me that doesn't mean i dont have to pay, he told me to "hustle" and pay it...when asked him is that the way to talk, he told me that's why i don't have a job...i want someone who is in charge of this agent to call me urgently
