Account Paid up name hasnt been Cleared on ITC

Hi,<br> <br> I had a Finchoice loan account (REF FINC11425) handed over (Default) to Creditworx which I paid off on the 30 Sept 2014 and received a paid up letter on the 18 November 2014 after complaining on this website.<br> <br> I have now requested my credit status and noted that this default was never removed under my name even though it was paid up over 6 months ago.<br> <br> when will this be removed??????
