<p>I have an African Bank account on arreas, I made an arrangement with Creditworx and am paying them. I keep receiving sms from African Bank with no reduction on the balance. I have called Creditworx 3 times to request a settlement amount they always say their systems are down and cannot give me a settlement figure and they cannot confirm whether they are receiving payments</p>
