Account details

I have been requesting a detail statement from Credit worX for 2 years that shows my outstanding amount from their client Vaal university as my fees were paid by NSFAS. So last Saturday I was harassed by their agent accusing of resistant to pay the account. Then asked why are they jot sending Statement of their clients that shows why I'm owing such amount and they will be collecting the amount. Please help me with the statement from the main account so I get the understanding why am I owing Vaal university as I was funded by NSFAS. Instead I get different calls from different agents who can't follow up from the previous call and they right their own notes that I didn't agree on the call. I believe the reason they do that they trying to raise a telephone bill as they charge R50 per call they do.<br>
