Pathetic customer service!!
I have a query and I was advised to contact the CreditSmart aftercare department. This morning I messaged them and received a response at 11.31am, I have stated what my query is about and I am awaiting feedback, the WhatsApp number shows online however no response even after several messages. What pathetic customer service is this? You guys get paid from my monthly deduction so why is the service so terrible????????
