MyCreditRecord - disappointment with the service

<p>I requested service from MYCREDITRECORD but I had to pay R110 before they could send me 'MyCreditRecord'. WHich I did immediately on the 31 May 2016. But now from last week and this morning, I got threatening e-mails that stated: "Hi there, Please read this e-mail carefully to avoid having your account handed over to our debt collectors and incurring legal fees', I did pay the R110 already and I did fax it through to *** and I did e-mail the proof of payment but still I am getting this e-mails. I didn't even get the service yet but I am being threatened. There is no contact details to phone them and to inform them that they must check the e-mails or the fax machine.</p> <p>I am highly disappointed in this company!!! <strong>Please let me know that you did got the proof of payment, you do not even have to give me the service I already contacted another company!!!! </strong></p>
