Unproffesional company

I took out a loan with CreditGO, Missed the payment and was handed over to the Attorneys, However I then settled the loan and paid it in full including legal fees. It's been more than 2 months and details have not been updated on Transunion. I called them and the agent was very rude telling me I must not rush him to update the details. He will not do what I want him to do ! I am definitely taking them to the credit ombudsmen.
