Bad experience with no straight answer to my Issue

Dear Credit Bar Complaints Department

i am writing for formally raise a complaint regarding multiple debit orders that were deducted from my bank account on 16 September 2026 in relation to my short-term loan. i borrowed an amount of R 1300 from credit Bar, and the agreed payment amount of 1300 was due to be deducted on 16 September 202. however instead of deducting the agreed R 1300. once Credit Bar deduction the same amount three times, resulting in a total deduction of R 3900. I therefore paid on additional R 2600 above the amount that was due. I immediately attempted to contact Credit Bar and also sent an *** notifying the company that two additional debit orders have been deducted from my account unfortunately I have not received a satisfactory response to my ***. May I please get your attention for this Matter.
