Poor Service

I am truly disappointed in this company's ways of ignoring customers and not responding out off all primary lines of communication you still can't get feedback or any service Got a reply via email that gives me info I can't use because of some reason also when you phone you can't reach anyone to assist or help you , I am a paying customer if there was any reason this company had an issue regarding late payment of being in arrair s its understandable I would like to pay for my service but also the after service they just don't care don't even reply on a WhatsApp how disappointing this company service is makes me wonder that it's not about customer satisfaction but just making money
