No Feedback since Jan

I was called in for an interview on 5 Jan and attended on 6 Jan. Was interviewed by Chantel and upon doing assessments, I was asked to return later in the afternoon to meet the accounts manager. The meeting went well with the accounts manager and since then I have never received any feedback from Chantel or call back as promised as to weather was I considered for the position or not. I have called, sent e-mails but no response received. I just want to obtain some feedback as to why I was not considered for the position and why I may not be considered for other positions app**** for in the agency so that I may address the problem, maybe I am blacklisted or have a ******** record ?
