ignored

<p>i went and regitered with this company more than 7 weeks ago and found out that i was mistakenly listed on itc ..I was advised to get a clearance letter with an amount which i did and sent back to Busi who was the lady assisting me. I have been calling and leaving massages for her almost every day and get told by Megan that she is the only one that can assist and Busi will call back.Weeks later i am still waiting. If they dont assist people who where listed on itc why dont they tell you instead of saying we will call back and never do.</p>
