DR'S NOT SENDING OUT STATEMENTS AND THEN HAND OVER ACCOUNTS

Dear Sir, Please note that I keep on getting sms's from this Debt Collector whilst I never even received an account from the said Doctor's rooms. If the doctor's rooms submitted the claim to the medical aid and it was not paid by the Medical Aid, then the right thing to do it at least to send an ACCOUNT. I am DEFINATELY NOT PAYING ANY LEGAL FEES - they are quick to request legal fees but slow to respond with a proper invoice or account. Until they provide me with a detailed account, I WILL NOT PAY THIS OUTSTANDING AMOUNT. I will also NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LEGAL FEES if the dr's rooms does not send out a Statement of the medical aid did not pay the claim.
