Hi good day I keep on getting sms saying I have a parcel that I need to collect even though I don't ever remember buying anything...

Like I normally do I go threw everything and I see a email at the bottom where I can email... And I email and they reply. I told them that this is a **** because the last time it said I must pay r25 it took 475.28 out of my account which I could never get back.... I asked them about it and found out they not the same company..... But when I asked them about the email I found and got there email from the SMS they keep referring to the other agency brogaming....

I saw I was done with that I'm talking about the 10 screenshots I took where I found there email and everytime the speak about brogaming and remember I sent a screenshot of there email and still cannot give me a straight answer
