They did not stick to the agreement

Since you guys have not stick to our agreement am thinking of contacting hello Peter, our agreement was that I pay you and you unblock my name so I can be able get loans and etc but I end up following you around asking how is the process and still no respond , so either you do what we agreed on or bring back my money or am sending all to hallo Peter Now that you have my money you don’t bother yourself trying to do what we agreed on
