In June 2021 I acquired services from Credit Sphere and they promised to help me to clear my credit record. A guy called Khanyile sent me forms to fill in and I activated a debi-check of R970 which I've been paying for 5 months. They promised to work on it within the first e months of deductions but I've finished paying them and nothing has been done and they ceased communication soon after I started paying them. When I contacted them to ask about the progress of my services a lady called Bonga Mbatha said I must not cancel she will help me but then she disappeared on me. Now I have paid R970 x 5 = R4850 and got nothing in return. My attempts to cancel the subscription through Capitec app failed. Can I get help on how to get my money back?
