Request for Cash return

I joined this organization last year September basically thy assist with credit review if ur currently blacklisted to clear profile,soo for their assistance thy requested i pay 1698.00 in total or two installment which i optioned for two installments,final amount paid November last year 2021.

After the total payment made was told will receive clearance certificate for proof and within few months my profile will be cleared but after almost two month nothing was done but instad received another call that I must pay 2000 to finalize everything of which I felt I was ********** couse that was not I was told at first soo wen demanded my refund was not given any answe till to this day last spoken to manager early January.
