Complaining about creditsphere not being loyal to customers

Good day my name is Michael Mokgele im complaining about creditsphere whereby our agreement was to debit R894 by monthend november and not october,so i got a call from Pearl asking for forgiveness saying ill get my money back in 7working days until today of the 16 November i haven't got my money back. I ended up cancelling with creditsphere as the way they do bussiness is unprofessional and im still waiting for my money till today.
